Main Role: IMEER contributes to the scientific basis of the project by collecting field and historical environmental data from the Danube and Dnipro rivers, even under difficult wartime conditions. The institute leads efforts on integrating long-term environmental trends into the model and contributes to raising awareness through scientific publications and cooperation with Ukrainian authorities and academic partners. In addition, IMEER will enhance stakeholder engagement and promote citizen science. Their involvement strengthens the project’s outreach, scientific depth, and cross-border collaboration.
