Description: This research analyzes the hydrological regime of the Danube River from 1960 to 2010, based on observations at three hydrological posts: Reni, Izmail, and Vylkove. The study examines chronological changes in annual average water discharge and intra-annual runoff distribution. Difference-integral curves were constructed to determine the nature of long-term fluctuations in river flow. Using statistical moment methods, variation coefficients (Cv) and the ratio of asymmetry to variation coefficients (Cs / Cv) were calculated, revealing regional hydrological regime characteristics. The findings indicate significant hydrological changes influenced by climatic variability and anthropogenic factors.
